01Who we are

Blind is an AI-assisted public-record analysis product operated by Blind Box Bunny LLC, a California limited liability company with its principal address at 3775 Fourth Ave, San Diego, CA 92103. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Blind Box Bunny LLC.

This policy covers blindboxbunny.net, the contact form, and the optional product and account text-message program. It does not cover a website or service operated by someone else.

02What we collect

Contact form

The contact form collects the name, email address and message you choose to provide. It does not ask for a phone number and does not enroll you in text messages. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, bank details or other sensitive records through the form.

SMS opt-in form

The updates form collects a US mobile number and your consent choice. The consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You may submit the form without consent; in that case no text messages will be sent.

When a submission is accepted, our form service may process the time of receipt, the network address supplied by our hosting provider, the browser user-agent, and whether the consent box was ticked. This limited record supports security and consent evidence.

Technical requests

Our hosting provider processes the basic request data needed to serve and secure the site. We do not use analytics products, advertising trackers, session replay, cross-site tracking or third-party marketing pixels.

03How we use it

• To reply to a contact message and keep a record of the exchange.
• To confirm and honour an SMS consent choice, or a refusal to consent.
• To send the product and account messages described in the SMS Terms when consent has been given.
• To protect the site, prevent abuse, and maintain the consent evidence required for the messaging program.
• To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

We do not use the public-record analysis to provide personalised investment advice, and we do not use a contact-form message for marketing unless you separately agree.

04Mobile information & SMS

The Blind Product & Account Updates program is a Mixed campaign. If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional product updates and account notifications, including product feature announcements, workflow guides for reading public filings, new report-format releases, educational notes about public filings, occasional product offers, registration and verification messages, sign-in and security alerts, subscription and renewal notices, billing and payment notifications, product feature changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

05When information is shared

We do not sell or share mobile information for promotional or marketing purposes. We may share limited information with service providers who host the site or deliver messages on our behalf, under instructions that restrict their use of it; when required by law; or as part of a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not share contact-form details for third-party advertising. We may use an email or hosting provider that processes a message to deliver and secure it.

06Cookies & external requests

Blind does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The site is designed to load its fonts, scripts and graphics from its own domain, with no third-party CDN or social embed. The hosting provider may process standard request information, and may use its own security tooling, as part of serving the site.

07Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to answer the request, maintain business records and resolve disputes. We keep consent records for as long as the messaging program, or the legal requirement to evidence consent, continues. When retention is no longer required, we delete or de-identify the information.

08Security

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect the information we process, including encrypted transport, restricted access and limited data collection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Your choices & rights

• You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or UNSUB.
• You can leave the SMS consent box unchecked; the opt-in form will still submit.
• You can ask to access, correct or delete information you sent through the contact form or SMS form.
• You can ask a privacy question by emailing [email protected].

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete or limit the use of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

10Children’s privacy

The site and the text program are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will review the request.

11Changes

We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page will change, and a material update will be described on this page. The version published here controls from its effective date.
