01Acceptance
These terms are an agreement between you and Blind Box Bunny LLC, which operates Blind. By accessing blindboxbunny.net, submitting a form or opting into the text program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the program.
You must be able to enter into a binding contract and use the site in compliance with applicable law. If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
02The service
Blind provides AI-assisted analysis of public filings, announcements, historical price and volume and industry classifications for US-listed common stock. This website is an informational and communications surface; it does not include a checkout, brokerage account or managed investment service.
Reports are dated records. They describe what a public source said and what may have changed. They are not a live market feed and do not provide a view about what any security will do.
03No investment advice
Blind Box Bunny LLC is not a registered investment adviser. Using this site does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Nothing on the site, in the product or in a message is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell a security.
Blind does not provide target prices, buy or sell calls, personalised recommendations or managed accounts. Sample reports and charts are labelled illustrative; they use invented values and are not a current view. Before any material financial decision, consult a licensed professional.
04Public sources
We rely on public filings, company announcements, price and volume records and classification data supplied by third parties. Those sources can be incomplete, delayed, restated or wrong. A citation is not a guarantee that the cited source is accurate; it is a trace for the reader.
You should independently check a filing or announcement before relying on a material fact. Known limitations are described on the methodology page.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or its outputs in violation of law or another person’s rights;
- interfere with the site, attempt to bypass its security, or introduce malicious code;
- submit a phone number you do not control or consent to receive messages on behalf of someone who has not agreed;
- represent an illustrative sample as a live record, result or investment recommendation;
- scrape, resell or systematically extract the site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load or misappropriates the service.
06Intellectual property
The Blind name, visual system, site copy, original diagrams and product presentation are owned by Blind Box Bunny LLC or its licensors. Public filings and third-party source material remain the property of their respective owners. You may view the site and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Do not reproduce, modify or redistribute the site’s original content without permission.
07Subscriptions & account messages
If a subscription or account feature is offered, the terms shown at purchase apply in addition to these terms. Account notifications may include verification, sign-in and security alerts, subscription and renewal notices, billing and payment notices, and product feature changes. A subscription notice does not change any amount that was disclosed when you subscribed.
08Availability & changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site or the product. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular update cadence or that every public source will be available. Planned and unplanned downtime can affect delivery. Material changes to these terms will be published with a new effective date.
09Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and completeness. We do not warrant that an AI-assisted output will be error-free, current or suitable for your purpose.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blind Box Bunny LLC and its officers, members, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or opportunities arising from the site, the product or these terms. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the site will not exceed the amount you paid to us for use of the site in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum allowed by law if greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, the limitations apply only to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11SMS Communications
This section is specific to the text-message program and is independent of the rest of these terms. If you opt in, the following applies:
- Program. Blind Product & Account Updates, a Mixed program operated by Blind (Blind Box Bunny LLC).
- Opt-in. You may opt in through the web form at blindboxbunny.net/updates. The SMS consent checkbox is optional, unchecked by default, and not required to submit the form.
- Message types. Marketing and promotional product updates, including product feature announcements, workflow guides for reading public filings, new report-format releases, educational notes about public filings, occasional product offers; and account notifications, including registration and verification messages, sign-in and security alerts, subscription and renewal notices, billing and payment notifications, product feature changes.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies based on product releases and account activity. There is no fixed schedule.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates are your responsibility.
- Opt out and help. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or UNSUB to stop messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected]. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation and no further program messages.
- Consent and privacy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. 12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over a dispute not otherwise resolved informally, unless applicable law requires another venue.
13Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the product, the law or our operations change. The effective date on this page will change, and material revisions will be described here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
